It's the least of your current worries. Don't worry about your jaw, it's not the only thing making you perceive yourself as ''overly feminine'' and ''sissy.''

Focus on getting leaner, and I've said this a minimum of 5 times today, but find any way to get wider looking lips. Commissuroplasty, lip filler, a lip lift even.

first lower bf % before anything then mayb fillers

i might look into diy lateral commisuroplasty, feel like that’s my only option. maybe when i lose more weight and cheek fat my lips will widen a bit

They definitely will widen once you lose face fat, just don't do it DIY please!!! Get some help from a professional, not everyone surgeon hates you
