Is my jaw good or bad?

Besides the obvious lose weight how can I improve my jaw I feel like it recessed and has a bad angle. Will jaw angle implants help me also I would say I am pretty skinny 150 lbs at 5,7. I just have really chubby cheeks no idea why will buccal removal help.
