i chose not to get lefort my surgeon agrees but idk if i shouldve went more antface

hmm ok, maybe i can lipo my submental to make it tighter, i agree idk if lefort and advancement would be better looking

Perhaps some conservative implants to augment the upper maxilla.

If you advance the upper jaw, you leave the rest of the maxilla behind.
Too much, and it results in an un-natural look with a protruding mouth.

damn im glad i chose not to get lefort. i didnt realize my upper maxilla was recessed

If you have an overbite with decent maxillary projection already, advancing the mandible won't be a problem.

Most jaw surgery candidates require advancement of both jaws, making over-advancement a genuine concern.

I just gave you my initial instinct.
Of course, you should consult with a surgeon to be sure about this.
If I had a lateral cephalogram, I could be more definitive.

Obviously, I'm just giving you my opinion here.
The best thing you can do is speak to a maxillofacial surgeon to verify this.
Don't take my word as gospel and do your own independent research.
