Your maxilla is recessed but I'm not sure advancing the jaws more would result in an aesthetic result here.

Perhaps some conservative implants to augment the upper maxilla.

Too much, and it results in an un-natural look with a protruding mouth.

If you have an overbite with decent maxillary projection already, advancing the mandible won't be a problem.

Most jaw surgery candidates require advancement of both jaws, making over-advancement a genuine concern.
