Beefs, canned Tuna, eggs
Milk, kefir, oat milk , yogurts, honey
Banana, raspberry, blueberry, pears, orange
Cashew nuts, pistachio
I live alone rn but my mom used to fed me with 500-700g of wild caught fish meat everyday. I was addicted to eating fish but unfortunately I couldn’t afford now and I am too lazy to prepare it by myself.
Honestly these require minimual preparation. I feel the best on this diet too, especially with eggs,milk,honey and fruits part. Maybe too much sugar?
I also drink 3-4L everyday because I get headache easily if not.
