Looks pretty similar to me as well, possibly only a difference in lateral and sagittal growth of the browridge on your left side that leave the eyebrow wrapped around the eye rather than as a straight line above it.

I'm not too big on surgery advice, but I would suggest fillers possibly, but in your case me and jacksparrow could hardly notice a difference so I wouldn't recommend anything. The whole bone complex around the eyes is tricky, it is not as remote as the cortical part of the mandible is so you can definitely fuck your harmony up by messing around with bone component of the orbitals and adjacent bone structure.
