This is not my current, but it’s what I’ve got in the (somewhat) near future
-goal 8 hours sleep (ideally from like midnight to 8am)
-sip high quality coffee in the morning and eat a reasonably good and cheap breakfast (ie eggs)
-eat a balanced lunch and dinner, no diet, no counting kcals, just decent and not expensive. Basically chad’s mindset. No icky autistic set diets
-drink one Coca Cola bottle in the evenings (with 3 shots of jack Daniels mixed in) to cope and elevate my mood, and maybe play video games or watch sports. I look it up and it’s considered low risk alcoholism (used to be an alcoholic) I’m interested in getting into whiskey. How bad would vaping be if I only did it while buzzed at night?
-low fap (once a week ejaculate)
-exercise everyday. Push-ups, shoulder band work, and neck training one day, long walks the next)
-consistent daily showers. With daily shaving, and fragrance, and bb cream and chapstick.
-keeping an ideal haircut for my face
-get drip
