is my mandible and maxilla recessed?

I just talk to my orthodontist and he told me that I am fine, not recessed but I don't believe him. I also went to a surgeon who is specialized in orthognathic surgery and he told me that I have a small face but didn't told me if I am or not recessed. I think that I have a recession and BSSO + Le fort I would help me. Also my bite is not 100% correct. What do you guys think?

Little bit yes the maxilla is just a little but reccessed but for the most part it's fine

Both are recessed, son especially upper midface lefort 1 wont help
