Is my mandible recessed? And if so, what can I do to fix it?

I'm unsure if I have a lower jaw recession and have lately been insecure my short side profile, so I'm assuming it could be recessed. I'm 16 and I have been mouth breathing ever since I was a kid, but I've stopped the in the past few months and focused on mewing. I'm pretty sure I can fix this on time since I've started puberty around 14, so I have about 3-4 years left. My main question is that is there any possible way of projecting my mandible and also increase my forward growth? I'm also wearing braces which I'm unsure if it causes any further recession, even though my mother told me about it.

Unfortunately I have strict and religious parents who dgaf about how I look, so I'm not allowed to take any drugs or peptides because it's a sin and they always on some "looks don't matter"
