When i was a kid i had to wear pallet expanders but i REFUSED to wear them for some fucking reason idk why i guess they were super uncomfortable and before getting my braces in i got my premolar pulled to make space for my teeth. I regret every one of those decision and yk at the time i didnt really gaf i just wanted straight teeth and im so angry at myself for not asking for a pallet expander before putting my braces in broooooooooooo. I think i a doomed to be ltn/mtn forever with this one nerf. Im so fucking angry at my younger self
