Well, it was clearly a very quick examination I did, but that's what I saw, and that's the solution I got out of it. This individual will obviously have to do his own research and find what's best for him.

Also, I would argue that infra orbital implants are the best way to target a recessed upper maxilla rather than a Lefort II osteotomy.
