like a palate expander can influence its growth positive but to correct a recessed maxilla entirely i would say you need surgery

Wouldn’t a palate expander make it just wider or would it help with growing out cuz as far as I think I need more out than too much width not saying I don’t need width though

nah it can actually bring ur maxilla a lil forward if you are still in puperty, would recommend to talk to an orthodontist about it
