yeah germans/sometimes scandinavians are the most mongoloid of europeans unironically. They sometimes get flat maxillas/big zygos, check out for mads mikkelsen. Its because of some native northern european mongoloid ancestry but whatsoever.

Yours is not even that flat that's also because you have thin lips that makes you look recessed, dolph has that too. Try to do a light surgery of lip lift or fillers in them, i am not sure of methods so do your research.
