Is my maxilla recessed?

I was wondering if this is responsible for my eye bags and breathing issues especially when sleeping? My palate is also slightly narrow (36mm) and I can’t fit my entire tongue on it.

fat grafting would probably be the best, If not then midface implants but not lefort

In the pic it appears so bc your jaw reaches far beyond the maxilla but its just bc youre tilting your head up. Its not recessed tho
