Is my maxilla recessed

I just want to really know fully because someone said “you have a forward grown maxilla but at the bottom it’s flat” which I’m not too sure if that’s even slightly possible and even if so is there a way to fix without a surgery yet

youre mandible is basically fully developed so i dont think u can get more growth naturally

bottom part as in philtrum probably it looks flat and lacks volume

is there a way to fix without a surgery yet

fat grafting if u wanna add volume, lip lift if u wanna shorten it
