About to go into orthodontics to fix my overbite, but if the problem is skeletal to also fix my jaw/jaws through surgery. What do you guys think? Am i recessed?

Well i am going to, but on the 12th of march. Just curious about what you guys think, personally i think it is a little recessed since i have deep nasolabial folds at 21.
