Is my maxilla recessed?

I’m well aware that i have downward growth, but I was never able to sufficiently tell whether I’m recessed or flat in the midface. If I am, is there anything I can do to fix it like test and constant pressure? Any recommendations for ccw rotation at all, surgery included.

Maxilla is recessed yeah, Lefort 2 surgical. For CCW rotation and shit pressure best you can do is reverse pull headgear (paired with expander to open sutures) not thumb pulling bs, but the headgear will only work if the plates in your upper palate are open (you'll know this if there's like a line in the middle of the palate) but even so the headgear will maybe only help by like a few mm at best, Lefort Is insanely better
