Is my maxilla recessed?

Been told my Maxilla is recessed, I genuinely can’t figure out if it is but something is definitely wrong with my midface. Asked my normie friends and they ofc just say it’s not recessed but wtf do they know. So is it recessed? or is it something else?

some people see improvemnt in maxilla on PEDs so that could help too

I broke my nose extremely bad 2 years ago which deviated my septum, that’s where the nose bump comes from. Should I get rhino too? I was thinking about getting a consult for that very soon.
