Im considering Lefort surgeries Im looking for that type of model look forward growth can anyone tell me if my jaws / maxilla is recessed?

yeah, your maxilla looks a bit recessed and flat, that’s limiting the forward growth model look you want. first I suggest , you should drop some body fat (especially in the face/neck) and see how it looks after, a lot of the “recession” can be hidden or exaggerated by soft tissue. once you’re leaner you’ll see the real skeletal situation and whether surgery is actually worth it or not.
