I wanted to know if my maxilla is recessed and if yes what to do about it.

if the midface is sunken in and/or underbite, for the morph, he looks chad and i didn't touch his maxilla

yes it is, you can’t do anything about it except surgery.

imo its not, it is rather low-developed and not so protruding even with decent bf. that is the reason why u have nigger lips that are more visible bcs of recessed mandible. look at the line and check the angle.

I might get a septoplasty it gets covered by the doctor because i have breathing issues truh the nose. So sadly no rhinoplasty but what do we say to a sectoplasty? Good or not?

septoplasty is perfectly fine; won't improve your outward appearance but it'll improve your breathing quality and quality of life. as for rhino, you can get it whenever you want. a lot of surgeons will do both at the same time because it's minimally invasive compared to other facial surgeries and it's more efficient, but it's perfectly fine to get a rhino later on

alternatively you could just get lefort 1 because it's known to correct nasal breathing issues in people who have flatter/recessed maxillas, although septoplasty and lefort aren't connected surgeries and they can be done independent of each other with 0 issues
