Without Scans you can never be certain that there is no recession, but if there is one for you its minor and not fucking up your Looks.

You cant deduct a recession that easily on a decent grown maxilla. His malar region (around the teeth and below nose) looks to be not recessed at all. But his paranasial might be slightly still its not fucking up his Looks.

You cant deduct a recession that easily on a decent grown maxilla. His malar region (around the teeth and below nose) looks to be not recessed at all. But his paranasial might be slightly still its not fucking up his Looks.

you can see slight recession by the contour of his lips, the lower lip is slightly protruding

also im pretty sure the malar region is around the cheekbone

looks a bit worse than the side but still great jaw. Your PFL is your main deficiency, this can be somewhat addressed with canthopexy
