hlo everyone before starting this thread now i know that i have a resccsed mandible and chin . but i am skeptical if i have a recssed maxilla as someone in discord said i do(also i have an open bite)

(ik i need a bimax also suggested by my dentist maybe in future)
Also as its my first thread would be greatful for any looksmaxxing suggestions

i actually have sleep apnea and open bite need bimax to fix that(even doc suggested braces would fix only 40%) and how much psl do u think i can be by all this
