Is my maxilla saveable w MARPE and AAS at 16???

Currently running 400 test + 4 iu hgh. I wanna talk to my ortho about MARPE cuz i'm a genuine maxillalet but I'm nervous ts not gonna work and just fuck me up more. What do you guys think?

the projection below the nose and around the eyes seems to be decent. definitely couldnt say roids would be beneficial for ur midface at all 😵
