is my maxilla the reason to my most flaws?

So most of my flaws are also some type of indicator to recessed maxilla. i have bad under eye support, flat midface, nasalobial folds, whatever the fuck those lines on the cheekbone is called, around 130 degree gonial angle and shitty fat distribution on midface area all of these are related to maxilla recession in some kinda way but when i look at my side it doesnt look that recessed. if its attributed to maxilla what solutions do i have. I have some other pics on my acc if these are bad. any opinion/help wiuld be appreciated ty.

imo it's average maxilla, not recessed

Its very downward grown you will need a bimax with CCW rotation of the maxilla and mandible to fix that and that will impact all other recessions

Alright ty is there anything i could do besided surgery also is this related to my shitty breathing and diet during childhood or mostly genetics. i was thinking about bimax aswell because it can help with my chin recession too but just gonna wait 2 more years till i fully develop and save money in that period
