Is my maxilla too long?

Based of this x-ray does it seem like my maxilla is too long? It’s a little bit of an only x-ray. I have had a genioplasty and mse since. I will be getting a second mse soon because during the last one, one of the screws broke and prevented me from getting the full expansion. I also have a consultation with Dr. Ramieri coming up soon.

it dosen't matter how long your maxilla is on an x-ray it's how your face looks

How is this done?

measure the distance between side ends of ur face , divide it by the distance between the top of ur upper lip and middle of eyebrows
