You have a negative orbital vector if you follow the contour line of the cheekbones as its concave. I cant actually decide if its due to the maxilla or just bad fat pads and a lower subcanceous fat level but im sure higher iq users on this forum will highlight this for you
slight dorsal bump while having a well developed nose is usually an indicator of a recessed maxilla (not necessarily tho, archie cranch has a flat maxilla and a great nose) although it could very well be an ethnic feature, id say his maxilla is either flat or very minimal recession, as his cheek line is almost parallel with his nose.negative orbital vector is just dogshit genetics

He would still benefit very much from fixing it negative orbital vector affects the front profile an unbelivable amount especially in harsh lighting

Here’s a front facing pic in some harsh (I think?) lighting. Tips on what I can do from there?

doesnt look too terrible; try volufiline (even though its probably cope its worth a try) other than that just cope or wait til you can get fat grafts. but you have features that make up for it

Your lower maxilla seems fine, your upper isn't, it makes you look kinda dogmaxxed. Low nasal root and overall retruded midface I think makes your profile look off.
