My midface ratio is 0.95 with a 63MM ipd. I think I need a lip lift ffs to make my philtrum smaller, but it'll most likely give fish lips.

start bonesmashing ur chin is already wide so u got a good base
surgeries now for you is lip lift and bimax with ccw rotation and rhino (paranasal implants possibly but it just depends) go to pagnoni in italy and he will give you a fucking mogger midface and bones and it's cheap AF

Normalish long. It is your lack of dimorphism and your pheno that are bringing you down HARD. 0.95 mf ratio is pretty average plenty of good looking white guys with that ratio
