There might be ‘room for improvement’, but how much, what would need to be sacrificed, and how long would it take?

He should not waste his life slaving for surgeries that will take him nowhere meaningful in terms of dating results. A better plan in my opinion would be to relocate to a different, easier country (assuming he’s western based). That’d be 100x greater ROI than any surgery. Looksmaxxing is the incorrect priority for OP, what good is ascending to hltn if he only gets there when he’s a 30 year old virgin with no more money in the bank?
