Med-featured or looking like I'm straight up from the Mediterranean?

My kids don't look med, and I've got light features on both sides of my family...I'm just dark. My older brother was your typical blonde blue eyed kid up until the age of 5.

Just curious what you meant by that

Your nose is asymetrical (as is everyone's) , that's the only failo. Not too big or wide. no need for a rhinoplasty

Kids are all very well taken care of. Out of all the people in their lives, I invest the most time and effort into them. The two and three year old know the alphabet and know how to count past 10. They're growing up in a 3 language household with both parents holding MDs. All's good brothers, thanks for the concern.

the darker features look some what south European, by dark i mean dark hair and eyebrows. I'm greek myself and you can pass off as greek easy.

eastern euro pheno is pale yellowish skin, blonde hair & light colored eyes, but obviously its not a absolute rule
