you could try hydrocortisone as a softmaxx to shrink ur nose and id say dying ur eyebrows and lashes would help too
ur nose mouth width ratio isnt great, you could look into some kind of lip expansion device or MARPE if its a palette issue

try hydrocortisone itll make ur nose smaller, and ur neck is pretty skinny which makes ur head look a little odd but its easily fixable with weighted neck curls

orthopedics , if ur still in puberty get growth hormone , eating healthy and sleeping 10 hours a night

1. go to a chemist and say you have eczema on ur back (they wont check) and want hydrocortisone 0.5%. buy it, its pretty cheap
2. apply a small drop on the bottom of your nose where ur nose is biggest and squishiest, dont apply too close to ur nasal bone
3. do this every night for one week, then take a week off, then repeat
do not apply it every day for more than a week as it could cause the skin on ur nose to thin and the blood vessels to show slightly
