Try fasting for three days and being at 19 BMI. Cut out carbs, sugar and sodium.

You will NOT be bloated doing this and if you still appear bloated then it’s just likely bonemass.

You’re at 25 BMI, that’s why. You could try cutting to 19-20BMI but it’s up to you man.

It is very slow to cut i dont know why, too much saturated fat even with low carbs and not crazy amount of calories ? Maybe my protein ratio to fat is unbalanced

Could just find out what bodyfat % you’re at and work from there
