is my nose going to get bigger?

i have a big nose rn so im getting a nose job in june and after that im going to get a pallete expander for my pallete is that gonna make my nose wider or bigger? im also hoping on cjc growth hormone for bones so im also wondering if thats gonna fuck up my nose too, i dont wanna get a nose job an then fuck it up again because of the pallete expanstion or growth hormones

im 17 5'9.5 btw taking the growth hormones so i could grow
