Jaw seems a bit reccessed, your philtrum is sticking out too much, maybe bimaxillary protrusion? Those are your problems, not the nose.

No idea what to do with bimaxillary protrusion, but you can fix a reccessed jaw naturally. I never had a reccessed jaw so no idea how, but I know you can fix it without braces

I'm retarded you actually don't have a reccessed jaw, it's just your upper lip that threw me off. It's really just that. Your maxillar development is good. Not elite tier but you aren't reccessed
