Would breaking my own nose and getting a rhino for free with insurance be the move?

I have already planned to get a rhinoplasty when im 18-20 but i want it sooner so bad, even by a couple years. Could i fake an injury like a broken nose to get a free rhinoplasty with insurance or at least one thats cheaply where my parents basically are forced to give me a rhinoplasty? I have heard instances where people have done this or they have gotten a rhinoplasty very cheaply with insurance for whatever reason.

good way to fuck your airway up and then not get any aesthetic alterations because insurance won’t cover anything other than totally necessary
