Is my oral minoxidil safe?

I bought Oral minoxidil from a source i found on discord (yes i know not safe at all) it came in the mail around 1st of september and the pictures he sent before they were sent were fine they looked white and all good but now they came they look yellow and ive googled it and it says mixed results ive asked people and also got mixed results need help lmaoo ive already taken 3 pills/ tablets they are 2.5mg (before and after photo attached) i might be tripping and they look the same but idk
