measure ur bimolar width, upper bimolar width should ideally be around 55-60mm n lower bimolar width at 45-50mm

say that it feels like your teeth are very close too each other and its very uncomfortable, but it also depends on how old your are, if your over 15-16 your maxillary bones has already fused and it probably wont work with an palate expander but if your under 15-16 its gonna work just fine.

I am 16 years old at the end of tanner stage 3 with late bloomer genes

it seems like its normal to wide it is nowhere near being narrow othewise itr would look like a U form but thats not the case for u

theres still an tiny chance then if you in tanner stage 3, i would try asking my ortho for palate expander NOW if i was you.
