Is my palate narrow?

Hi, I’m 17 and want to get MSE, I have some minor nose breathing problems, a crossbite, and some asymmetry, and from what I understood, MSE can fix or at least make those things better.

if the crossbite is dental due to tooth alignment only, rather than skeletal, a standard braces approach or invisalign might be enough instead of MSE

I don’t think the problem is the teeth alignment since I had braces before, I was also thinking about an expander but I heard at 17 it’s already pretty much too late

isnt too late at 17, there are many who get an MSE past 17

Yeah I know mse still works, I was talking about the expander, the one that pushes only the teeth
