if it is narrow, is there any orthodontic way to get some expansion and forward growth (i got a flat maxilla as well) at 20yo ? or is it surgery only ?

check your intermolar width (width between the inside of your front molars), sshould be 39mm or above for average and anything 45mm or above is ideal

Invisalign doesn't help; it just camouflages the real issue. You'd need a marpe or surgery to get any expansion
