My golden ratio is 1.4 (I have narrow lips), when I smile only 6 teeth are visible and my teeth are not big, they are normal

yeah then chances are you have a narrow palate (it's fixable)
my ratio is around the same but my nose is wide

Mewing works no matter the age. Obviously sutures harden with age and makes it a lil harder but still
