Hard to tell. It’s not super narrow but do I think it’s wide? No, probably slightly below average. Unless you really want to get an expander it’s not that necessary. Especially if you have decent forward growth. Just leave it

I would say i need one because of my triangle shaped face. My face dysmorphia has never been this bad. Can i still hope to get a better frontal jaw angle & a slightly more squarer chin at 19 (bone age study of 17)?
