I just saw a photo of myself from 6 years ago, and I'm pretty sure I had a fucking LARGER palate. How is this possible?

do you have good cheekbones?
if so you may have a higher chance of developing hollow cheeks
I've heard some niggas say here that if you have narrow palate its easier to achieve hollow cheeks

No not true. I have zero cheekbones. Even if I were to expand my maxilla using MSE, the cheekbones still would not be good given they are super low set due to downward growth. I need LeFort 3 + MSE to ascend
