Is my palate to narrow?

I have trouble breathing and my tounge doesn’t fit into my mouth, I had a traditional palate expander when I was young but I am still having these problems

They are the same size, I bite down on the side of my tounge when I mew

Yes expand 4-5mm
Ur upper palate should be atleast 3mm wider than lower one
5mm is ideal if we talk abt imw
u can mark it as solution

Very nice teeth. Measure the distance between the first molars as best you can and tell me what it is. A mere image is hard to gauge.
