Is my palate too narrow??

i have 11( 5 and 1/2 either side) teeth visible on each side when smiling..and good zygo projection

..but id like more fowards zygo projrction.. heard that mse or whatever can increase zygo/cheekbone projection.

i need a muhfukin answer.. side of togue touches the molars when mewing.. idk if this is normal or means palate is too small.
