its not bad at all but you could benefit from a mse but they are expensive from memory at least

Wait im supposed to measure from the outside of the molar lr the inside. Online it shows measuring from the outside. If so ifs 51

36mm is very slightly narrow. I think you might be able to expand. But you will need to get new retainers afterwards.
Most importantly, do your cheekbones not show or is you undereye support bad? That should tell the importance of your palate right now.

Not that bad but you can potentially get some change. You already look pretty good. Facial bone mass should be a bigger focus though. Your face is certainly a little narrow.
