nose is not the problem bro ur midface is long asf and ur maxilla is hella downgrown...
palate expander is a classification of types of expanders, marpe is an expander.. so you just said "Ball games vs Football, which is better?"
also marpe will not make ur nose bigger its a myth.

BAMP and Herbst appliance, ask from ur orthodontist, but this is a hard base, your face is very long, especially the midface, you will probably need double jaw surgery, insurance or parents may cover that

Yeah I’m thinking marpe to expand palate and then braces or invalign to fix teeth and then double jaw surgery to fix everything else once I’m 21
