-How wide your lower arch in relation to the upper

-How is your nasalbreathing

-How is your nighttime breathing

-Does your tounge intuitively fit without tooth marks

-How do your teeth fit

-How do like like the look of your smile

All these together matter far more than the appearance of your palate from below. And if all of the above are fine to you it may not be worth it at the moment
