Is my palate wide?

I visited the ortho and I asked about a marpe because I thought I had a narrow palate because my right canine never came down and I have crowding on the upper and lower jaw. But they said I wouldn’t need one and that my teeth would sit weirdly if I did get one. They suggested top and bottom braces, and a gold chain to pull my canine down over time. Also yea I scrape my tongue, I just didnt have any water that day

No it's not wide but not too narrow either. Get an expander if your middle third looks narrow. After getting expander you gotta get braces too.

Yeah, i have an 8 tooth smile and i can confirm that i don't have a wide palate
