Sorry for the quality in the second photo❤️

my palate is ass, could that be the reason?
Nah, palate width doesn't affect lip proportions, it's likely just unfortunate genetics. As far as I'm aware the only solution to this is commissuroplasty, but I have yet to see anyone get this under normal conditions for purely aesthetic purposes. And just thinking about how the procedure is performed, I'm highly skeptical of good aesthetic outcomes, maybe I'm wrong tho.

Slightly, ideal is more concave philtrum but i would focus on more chin height

its good if its 13-15mm. 14mm is ideal. For white it seems that a curved philtrum is ideal

Not that i know of send a full face

I’ve just seen some threads claiming a narrow palate = narrow lips

Yes, I'm also aware of it, but you can still see people with narrow palate and wide lips, or people with perfectly proportionate palates and narrow lips. I do not think there's a strong correlation there, even logically, why would your palatal width affect the width of the soft tissue on your face

Narrow palate equals narrow lips, but you need to widen it all lot to make lip bigger. But in nature its often wider palate equals wider lipa most of the time

I’ll just get a palate expander and pray it widens, I’m the only child in my family with narrow lips

I mean it would make sense if your mouth is narrow then your lips would be too
Guess it's a matter of perspective, I just do not see any developmental relation between the two. Regardless, what I can tell you for sure is that if you were to do MSE, it wouldn't change anything about your lips, so if you're looking for a direct solution for your lips, MSE isn't it (maybe for your palate, but not lips).

But really, lips are such a complicated structural issue to fix, I mentioned it because it is technically a greater flaw than your very slightly unideal philtrum, but it's not something I deem worth fixing
