The bigger you show your teeth when talking/smiling the less philtrum can be removed or you will end up like bugs bunny or have lip incompetence.

you need to remove as much as possible to shorten your midface

I saw videos about lip lifts and it looks very scary how the surgeon just cut‘s of a piece of skin. Isn‘t this surgery very dangerous? If something goes wrong and the surgeon takes of to much, it can‘t be reversible

never seen that happen and ive seen many lip lift reviews. Most were life-changing. Seen a few girls go from psl3 to staceys from it.

your philtrum is DEFORMED and must be fixed. Theres no other way. People get disgusted when they see a chimp philtrum like that.

I never paid attention on my philtrum before I joined this forum and I also had many girls ( before stress destroyed my skin)

I got a lip lift done. I didn't get a scar from it, because my surgeon isn't an incompetent retard. I had about 19mm and he took off about 4 or 5. My philtrum looked horrible, even though my lips were thickish but somewhat narrow.

Do the fucking surgery.

Also news of advice in the future. You NEVER watch videos of surgeries you will potentially get, because your subconscious mind will say fuck that.
