I carry a quiet ache that deepens with every passing hour, yearning for the girl who moves through her days untouched by my longing, her world sealed off behind indifferent walls as if my heart’s desperate plea were nothing but wind against stone. She walks in a light I cannot reach, her laughter rising somewhere far beyond the gentle storm of my feelings, while I remain chained to the ruins we left behind, whispering her name into voids that never answer. This love feels eternally doomed, a slow unraveling where every memory sharpens the blade and every silence confirms what I already know: she will never turn back, never soften, never feel the weight I bear alone. Time stretches into an endless, merciless corridor, and still my foolish heart lingers in the doorway she closed forever, bleeding quietly, carrying fragments of her that refuse to die even as the last light between us fades into permanent night. If this is the ending we were written for, then let the sorrow consume me completely for without her, there is only this beautiful, hopeless ruin I call loving her.
